Superior judges

Th superior judges includes, High Court Judges, The Lords Justices of Appeal. The High Court judges will be assigned to either the Queen’s Bench, Chancery, or Family division.In order to qualify as a High Court, they must be a Circuit Judge for at least 2 years or must be a qualified lawyer with 7 years rights of audience in the High Court. The Lord Justices of Appeal sits in the Court of Appeal and must be qualified lawyer with 7 years rights of audience in the Supreme Courts or must be an existing High Court judge.
